An ingredients supplier needed to keep pace with market trends and measure company performance against the marketplace on a regular basis. The available data was of little value as it focused on retail sales only whereas ingredients usages must be measured against total domestic production.

Using newly developed techniques, RTS were able to provide a continuous map of the total usage of specified ingredients against which the client was in a position to assess, monitor and correct its own performances.
